Terms and Conditions.

Agreement-The Client, by booking a slumber party rental via email, text, telephone or website, agrees that they accept the conditions of the agreement.

1. All bookings require a 50% non-refundable reservation deposit at time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid in full no later than 3 days prior to the sleepover date, at END OF BUSINESS DAY (5pm). If event is less than 3 days away, full payment is required. Reservation is First Come, First Serve basis. NO HOLDS without deposit. Full payment must be received before services are rendered. If the remaining balance is not received ON TIME, event rental will be cancelled and result in a loss of deposit and will require a new deposit to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. 7 days notice must be given for all cancellations/changes. Failure to do so will result in a loss of deposit. If cancelled, event must be rescheduled within 30 days from original reservation date. LIMITED TO ONE CANCELLATION ONLY.

3. Tax/Delivery is NOT included in the package pricing.

4. Payment methods accepted: Venmo, Cash and Cashier’s Check.

5. Sleepover pricing is for ONE NIGHT only with delivery and setup between the hours of 4pm- 5pm and pickup next day between 9am-11am, unless otherwise arranged between both, Teepee Dreamzzz and the customer.

6. If CUSTOMER or spouse fails to be present at time of delivery, event will be CANCELLED and no refund will be issued.

7. All prices, terms and conditions are subject to change. Price changes will be announced via social media.

8. Strictly NO PETS are permitted on any items provided by Teepee Dreamzzz. Any pet hair or pet urine found on mattresses, fabric, sheets etc., customer will be charged a fee to replace damages. Please have all pets detained in a designated area prior to setup.

9. Strictly NO SMOKING is permitted near or inside any items provided by Teepee Dreamzzz. Any smell of smoke on our equipment will result in a fee to replace damages.

10. Be sure area being used for sleepover is clear of any sharp objects. We are NOT liable to move any items/furniture belonging to customer. If space is not clear prior to setup, a late fee will occur or possible cancelation of rental.

11. NO SHOES, NO JUMPING and NO CLIMBING on any equipment or items provided by Teepee Dreamzzz. Additionally, no slime, gum, nail polish, makeup, face paint, sharp objects, drinks, alcoholic drinks or food allowed in tents.

12. It is the customer's duty to supervise children at ALL TIMES. Equipment is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. In the case of purchasing balloons:

CHOKING HAZARD.

Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

Keep away from pets.

Customer is responsible for discarding balloons after pickup.

13. It is the customer's responsibility to contact guests if party has been cancelled or rescheduled. Any need to reschedule more than once will result in a new non-refundable charge.

14. Teepee Dreamzzz is not liable for accidental damage caused by you or your guests. If any item is damaged or stained, charges will apply to cover replacement costs. Additionally, we will not be liable for claims for personal injury while using our equipment during your event. The items are made for children and the parent/guardian has a duty to supervise children at ALL TIMES.

15. Custom orders consists requests for specific colors, decor and fabric. Reservations for custom orders must be made no later than 30 days before event date. An invoice will be sent to collect non-refundable deposit of 50% subtotal.

16. We reserve the right to exit immediately due to illegal activity or rude and disrespectful clients. You will be charged the full price for the party. We also reserve the right to forfeit your booking upon arrival to your property if we feel our equipment could be compromised or damaged due to unhygienic conditions. No refund will be given.

17. Teepee Dreamzzz reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any promotional media controlled by us. Rest assured that we will never use identifying information in these images. If you would like an image removed, please contact us immediately via email or text. Feel free to tag Teepee Dreamzzz in any of your social media posts.

18. A checklist of the rental items and any additional items at the time of the delivery will be provided and verified by the client and the business. It is the client's responsibility to return all the items that are checked in perfect condition the next day.

19. SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: I AND EACH CHILD AGREE TO FOLLOW THE CODE OF PATRON RESPONSIBILITY:

a) Patrons have a duty to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner while using the equipment. Patrons have a duty to obey all oral or written warnings, or both, prior to or during participation, or both.

b) You have a duty to supervise the children during the Slumber Party and remove inappropriate objects including sharp or dangerous objects.

c) You agree to explain all rules to each Child attending the party, and to ensure that each Child obeys the rules.

20. Bell Tent rental: All Terms and Conditions apply to our large tent rental. In case of rain or windy conditions, please move all decor and items associated with Teepee Dreamzzz inside of tent and discontinue use. Bell tent may absorb rain water and cause slight leaking. Teepee Dreamzzz is not liable for any damage to customer's/guest's personal belongings. We strongly suggest that Bell tent is secured by ALL ROPE LINES within sturdy ground for best results.

Bell tent is water resistant not waterproof. Rain/water may slightly penetrate cloth.

In case of heavy rain and the need to reschedule, customer may reschedule at a later date.*

ALL ANIMAL WASTE MUST BE PICKED UP PRIOR TO SETUP. Otherwise, we will not proceed with setup.

Teepee Dreamzzz is not liable for any damage or injury to customer or guests. Lines/rope may be considered a trip hazard. RUNNING, CLIMBING and PULLING is PROHIBITED.

REPLACEMENT COSTS AND EXCESSIVE CLEANING

We understand accidents happen and sometimes things get damaged or an item may require excessive cleaning. In the rare instance something is damaged, you are completely liable for the damages or excessive cleaning fees for items that are not in the same condition as they were when set up.

-Excessive Cleaning Fee is $10 per item*

-Damaged Items that will need to be replaced will require the following replacement fees:

• Tent with fabric covering -$75

• LED Lighting- $20

• Inflatable Mattresses- $20

• Fitted Sheets- $10

• Blankets- $10-$20

• Decorative/Throw Pillows- $10

• Adjustable Bed Tray-$20

• Cloud night light- $12

• Signage/decor- $20

• Stuffed animal - $25

*Teepee Dreamzzz deems if the item shall need excessive cleaning or if a replacement is needed. Payment for damages and excessive cleaning fees will result in loss of your damage fee and may incur additional fees. If all rental items are not accounted for at pickup, the renter is liable for all costs and fees to replace said items.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall company, its suppliers, or resellers, be liable to you or any other person or entity for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of goodwill, computer failure or malfunction, or any other monetary loss), arising out of the use or inability to use the equipment, even if client has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall damages arising from this agreement exceed $50 dollars or the amount of payments made by client to company in the last twelve (12) months, which ever is less.

Additional information:

Please keep in mind that our string lights are over 5 and 10 feet in length therefore, a parent should be present at ALL TIMES for this can be a choking/strangle hazard.

Although LEDs are known to be more energy efficient and not get hot, we recommend they be turned off after 2 hours of use and not to be used overnight.

Delivery and setup time is between 4p-5p.

Teepee Setup takes between 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the number of tents.

Outdoor Bell Tent Setup: About 60-90 minutes to pitch

Decor: Additional time

Early/Extended times can be negotiated. Subject to availability.

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to event date. Although deposit is non-refundable, it can be applied towards a future reservation within 30 days of original booking if cancelled.

Safety & Cleanliness

All our furnishings are curated thinking about your child’s safety and the good care of your house. Our setups meet the highest safety and cleanliness standards

Pillow covers, linens and blankets are professionally cleaned and they come in a plastic bag directly from the cleaner.

Rugs are vacuumed, sprayed and spot cleaned after an event.

String lights are battery-operated and do not present a hazard.

Non-slip mats are placed under mattresses, wooden crates and rugs so they stay in place.

Every teepee pole has a rubber or silicone floor protector.

Items are replaced if necessary.
